the thursday drop: nike sb, kr3w, l-r-g, 5boro, lost soul, deathwish & plan b

Dare I say it?

The first deliveries of Fall apparel are now starting to come into the shop.  But don’t worry!   It’s still a lot of t-shirts, lighter weight wovens and product you can wear while it’s sweltering hot outside.  Pair it up with some of our Spring/Summer apparel and catch a good deal with the Summer Clearance Sale we’re running til July 16th.

Starting off with the July Nike SB Quickstrike releases for the month:  The Bruce Springsteen Dunk High Premium.

Just a little late for the 4th of July weekend but who wouldn’t want to represent the USA all year long?  Just wait til you see the Homebase t-shirt we made for these . . . also late for the 4th of July.  Coincidence?  I think not.

The denim and color palette is patriotic but subtle at the same time.  These are definitely still a shoe you can wear on a daily basis without having to dawn Old Glory.

The 2nd Quickstrike for July was designed by every “older” skaters favorite blog, The Chrome Ball Incident.

For those that don’t know, whoever runs this blog must have kept every skate magazine from 1980 til now.  You know when you’re about to move out of your parents house and you have that box of skate mags and you debate whether or not they’re worth moving?  I mean you read them all, cut out all the good photos and spilled soda all over half the pages . . . Do you keep them?

Well, this guy/gal(s) kept them ALL. Thrasher, Skateboarder, Slap, TWS, Strength and Big Brother

The SB Dunk High is a dedication to a classic Neil Blender-designed Airwalk Enigma skate shoe from the 80s.  The scissors related to the tradition of cutting hightops down to mids or lows.

L-R-G is making big moves in the skateboard game with their newest additions and stop motion commercials on The Berrics.

They finally showed the East Coast some love by hooking up PA native, Tom Asta- who is also coming out to the Grand Opening of the Skateplaza on the 17th.

The Fall line includes a lot of clean pieces that anyway can wear- skaters, homies and Dads.  Peep it:

KR3w is been  staple skateboard apparel brand at Homebase since they launched.  Check out the latest denim, wovens and t-shirts.

Deathwish Skateboards is probably one of the craziest companies out there right now.

I mean come on, a 40oz cruiser deck?!  Luh Dat!

5Boro drops a new deck series based of off Bubblicous Gum but with some “hood” flavor.

Ray dropped off a re-up on Lost Soul Skateboards. The squad has been putting in work filming for the “Modern Needs” DVD coming soon.

Aaaaaaaaand because you kept asking for them, more Plan B Decks.

We just got some new deliveries in today from Fallen & Domestics but you’ll have to stop by to see them.

I gotta get this post up on the INVENTORY page.
