Buying for a Skateboarder?

Affordable: The Expedition-One “Madness” DVD & 2011 Calendar ($6)

Expedition’s newest video featuring the debut pro part from Kenny Hoyle and the rest of the Expedition skateboard team.

Expedition One "Madness" DVD & 2011 Calendar. Only $6

Mid-range: Homebase Wood Logo Shop Deck ($40)

Our best selling deck for 8 years.  American-made decks, pressed one at a time making it a much better board than any China-made blank decks.  Available in mini for the kids, 7.75, 8.0 and 8.5 for the gnar rampheads.

Pricey but Awesome: Zero Adjustable Grind Rail ($139)

We have one of these for the shop team.  Zero makes a great grind rail with solid steel that doesn’t tip over when you go to grind it.  The heavier steel grinds perfectly and it’s adjustable so its great for skaters of all skill levels.

Honorable Mention: Emerica “Stay Gold” Special Edition DVD ($35)

One of the best videos to come out in 2010 now comes with a hardback photo book from Ed Templeton.  Not to mention epic parts from Leo Romero, Brandon Westgate and Andrew Reynolds.  EVERY skater would be psyched to get this DVD.

Buying for a fashion conscious kid?

Affordable: The return of the snapback hat

HUF, Heel Bruise, Chocolate and Fourstar are what came in this week.  Snaps are much cheaper that New Era’s and they fit so much better- in my opinion.  Either way, all the cool kids are rocking them.  ($24-$29)

Mid-Range: Nike SB December Drop

This month we got in a Dunk is all heights, Stefan Janoski’s, P-Rod 2.5′s and Blazer High’s- all in solid colors for the Winter.  There’s even a Gor-Tex Dunk High Premium that’s fully waterproof.  ($75- $125)

Pricey but Awesome: HUF Camo Rain Jacket

We’re not a snowboard shop but you could definitely wear this snowboarding- or just to the cornerstore on a cold, windy and rainy day.  The jacket comes in black or camo and is a weather resistant cotton shell with a windproof lining to keep the cold out. ($175)

Honorable Mention: EVERYTHING Homebase.

New Homebase designs are on their way like the 610 Division design plus some reissues of our classic designs like the 610 Hand & the Stay On Your Grind shirt.  We’re also going to be seeing new longsleeves, crewneck sweatshirts, zip and pullover hoodies too. ($10-$35)

The Gift That Gives Back: The $610 Raffle Ticket.

Would you donate $25 to the Bethlehem Skateplaza for all the joy its brought us this past Summer & Fall?  I’m sure most of you would.  The skateplaza costs us nothing to use but if we want to see more of it get it’s going to need all our support.

What if you $25 donation could win you a $610 Homebase Gift Card- is that something you’d be interested in?  That’s exactly what we’re doing now through January 14th. Everyone who makes a $25 donation to the plaza will be entered into a raffle to win a shopping spree at Homebase.

You help the skateplaza, which in the ends helps you get more to skate and you also help yourself get a chance to win $610 to use at Homebase.  Why haven’t you entered?
