some days skating comes tough

Sometimes even the best laid plans get foiled.
The idea was to get up and get out to skate but when you’re tired for being out all night its hard to get motivated.
Load up- around 3pm. Real early.
Head to the first spot.
Sunrise Valley Donuts- for “breakfast.”
Buddha’s making money on the side stripping.
Mmmmmmmm, doughnut.
Ballins biting big.
Bangin.
Delay of skate violation #1: Switched cars after doughnuts- not sure why.
Headed towards Allentown to “find some good spots.” Banana’s never paid me for that logo design.
“Wallride spot” if you’re rolling on 60mm maybe.
Delay of skate violation #2: Stopped by Gary’s (for a #2)
Big Pooh isn’t feeling his new haircut.
Watched Mind Field while waiting to “get hyped” for the session ahead.
One of PA’s finest finally came up.
Delay of skate violation #3: Trip to Home Depot for wood and insolation. This delay was actually my fault because I needed light bulbs.
Delay of skate violation #4: Dropped off the wood and got sucked into watching the live webcast of the Tampa Pro Best Trick Contest on Fuel.tv while watching Fuel TV. Yes, we watched skating instead of actually skating.
Finally got to a spot- good old Yosko Park.
Rough ground, no runway to the wax wood ledges= Game of SKATE.
I think Gary won. I got out early on so I proceeded to practice flip tricks only to land right on a pebbles getting flatspots.
Best of skating today was bombing the hill back to the house after Gary shot his board into a park car. Who doesn’t like going fast?
Last stop. Got together at the ramp with the Homebase squad to discuss our upcoming events. Pat was nice enough to cater the meeting too. Thanks Pat!
Dual blogging action.
Board meeting done. Get it?
