it’s not first friday but we’re getting artsy on our own.

You may have had the chance to meet this month’s L.V.A.N. artists JDG while he was hooking up our window before the the Holidays.  He was in there for a good 3 weeks straight and he was so still while working some people thought he was a mannequin.

We hung his show a few days ago which covers more than just the back wall.

He definitely went all out for his show.  A lot of the pieces were painted in the past month.

J’s work incorporates eye-pleasing color palettes, random shapes and the occasional character in the mix.

If you’re looking to add some color to a room in your house, I’d definitely recommend checking out the show.

JDG’s “Plurrimi Altus Vernula” will be running til the end of February at Homebase.
