One way, is by picking up our 8th Anniversary Homebase T-Shirt. There’s a limited run of 100 being made for the weekend in white and black. They will sell for $20 and $5 will be donated to the skateplaza. I’m no math quiz but I believe that can add up to be a $500 donation.
Almost everything we’re doing on Sunday is designed to help get us the funding we need so we can start building Phase 2 of the plaza. Just in case you’ve been under a rock, Phase 1 is getting ready to open in late June or early July (of this Summer). So how can you donate to the skateplaza on Sunday? That’s the best question you’ve asked so far. . .

That’s pretty much how we’re going to be giving away all the decks, shoes, DVDs, t-shirts, hats, stickers, magazines, socks and who knows what else all our gracious sponsors donated to us at both the daytime Manny Mania event and the evening Anniversary After Party.
$10 Donation to spin the wheel while decks and shoes are available to win. $5 after all those bigger prizes are won.
Worst comes to worst, if you don’t win a deck, pair of shoes, t-shirt, or some new wheels you’ll definitely walk away with a gift bag filled with stickers, promo DVDs, wax, magazines, other t-shirts and more. Every bag is different.

Our homies from the Source Bikeshop will be running the grill all afternoon selling hamburgers, hot dogs and ice cold bottles of water to keep you feed and to benefit the skateplaza.

Maybe one day we’ll have one of those $300 a plate benefit dinners . . . . but not today.
The skateplaza benefits don’t end when Manny Mania ends, we need everyone to come back to Starters Riverport for the dinner and the Anniversary After Party.

-Vouchers will be given out during the Manny Mania so 10% of the food bill will be donated to The Bethlehem Skateplaza if the voucher is presented when they pay the bill.
5Boro x Homebase x Red Bull Benefit Deck Debut
At 9pm we will debut Dan Pensyl’s 5Boro pro model deck that will be sold at Homebase and finer skateshop to benefit the Bethlehem Skateplaza. They will be on sale for the first time for $50 at Starters and you can get Dan and the 5Boro team to autograph it too.
Pabst Blue Ribbon Sales to Benefit The Bethlehem Skateplaza
Thanks to Steve Rodriguez PBR has been brought in as a sponsor of the after party. All the PBR sales that night will be donated to the skateplaza while supplies last.
Guest Bartender’s Tips Benefit the Bethlehem SkateplazaMembers of the Bethlehem Skateplaza Team and 5Boro Skateboards will be Guest Bartending throughout the night. All the tips collected will benefit the skateplaza and if you give a big tip, you might just get a prize with your drink.
Maloof Money Cup Ticket Raffle:
The MMC is one of the most highly anticipated events of the Summer happening on June 5th and 6th in Queens, NY. 5Boro has donated 25 tickets for us to raffle off. We will be selling raffle tickets for $2 each. Buy as many as you want.
The winners will be announced on Homebase610.com on Monday May 31st.
