Thanks to everyone who made Taco Tuesday a success.  We set out to raise some money but mainly raise awareness for the Bethlehem Skateplaza in the NYC skate scene and have a damn good time.

We were able to raise a total of $376 dollars from tips at the bar and the charity cee-lo games and plenty of people from the NY skate scene and industry came out and had a good time.  So yeah, it was definitely a good night.

Maybe one of the best and worst ideas of all time- fund raising via gambling.  It’s not that it’s never been done but we all know how skaters get when it comes to dice games.

Gift bags were donated by Etnies, Homebase, Mighty Healthy, Shut Skateboards, Force Trucks and 5Boro.  Winners played games of cee-lo and traded in their winnings for bags.  Pretty much like an adult version of chuck-e-cheese.

Again, thanks to everyone who came out to support the Bethlehem Skateplaza and also to Panther Media Group and Rewind for putting on these kinds of events.
