If you’ve spent any time around the skateboarding or punk scenes in the Lehigh Valley, chances are you’ve spent some time around Jamie Heim. He’s usually at our Homebase events hanging around quietly but always with camera in his hands.
While Jamie does seem to be a pretty quiet guy, his actions speak volumes. Jamie is always hard at work playing music with Bad American or shooting for his site, www.JHeimphotography.com, Luckily for us, he’s recently decided he’d like to focus more on skateboard photography.
Jamie came out to shoot the Homebase x Kurent BMX City Hall Free For All this past Saturday. Here are just a few of the photos he sent me. I’m definitely looking forward to seeing a lot more from him in the future.

If you’re ever looking for someone to float something over something, John Shanahan’s your guy. Here he opts for the combo of the frontside 180 over a seriously long double set.
Ben Sasso came out and pretty much killed it all day, just like he always does. Here he is using some serious focus to slip through this frontside tailslide.
Remember, this is just a small preview of what’s to come from Jamie and a the of coverage of the City Hall Free For All Contest. Stay tuned for many more photos from Jamie and video footage.
