When Quakertown ALMOST tore down their skatepark the East Swamp Church stepped into to make sure the kids out there always had a place to ride. Because of their support, the pre-fab park is now looking at a huge cement expansion. Homebase is proud to support their annual Free Fall Contest this Saturday with the help of DLXSF and World Industries.
There will be competitions for beginner, intermediate and advanced skaters (also BMXers). If you want to enter, register online now at: www.FreeFallQTown.com
Free Fall is an absolutely free youth event put on by FCA and various other local sponsors. The day will include a bunch of fun, lots of free stuff, an an opportunity to hear about the greatest free gift of all, Jesus. Activities include a skateboarding contest, BMX contest, basketball challenge, FCA Fitness Challenge, testimony by former Harlem Globetrotter Seth Franco, free food, loud music, free games, lots of free giveaways, and much more. The event is planned with middle school and high school students in mind, but the whole family is welcome to come out and enjoy the afternoon.
